Scope of this website
This website presents Ricavero services. It does not provide user accounts, payments or a form that sends enquiries. Email and telephone links open the user’s own application. Information supplied in correspondence is received by the email provider and the team handling the enquiry.
Purpose and voluntary provision
We process enquiry details to respond and assess cooperation. Steps requested before entering into a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other correspondence relies on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Providing information is voluntary, but a response may be impossible without return contact details.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This version does not run analytics or advertising tools. The website code does not save cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage data. The mobile menu works only in the current view. Any future measurement requires an updated notice, consent configuration and testing.
Technical data and providers
The website is hosted by CAL.pl on Apache. Serving requests requires technical processing of IP addresses and connections. The separate Ricavero access log stores only time, response status and response size, without IP addresses or requested URLs. Error logs support security, diagnosis and maintenance and may contain IP addresses and information needed to investigate faults. Logs rotate daily with seven daily archives retained. Security and diagnostic processing relies on the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This release connects directly to the server without an intermediary CDN and does not enable optional analytics or advertising.
Retention
Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the matter and, where applicable, perform a contract, meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend claims. The period depends on the correspondence and legal basis; it is distinct from technical server log retention.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@ricavero.com. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl). This website makes no automated decisions producing legal effects.
